Google Forms
We use Google Forms for our membership inquiry form. Google Forms is a service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”).
When you submit information through our Google Form, your data is transmitted to and stored on Google servers. This may include data transfer to servers in the United States. Google is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which ensures an adequate level of data protection.
The data collected through the form includes:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number (if provided for Signal group)
- Number of family members (if provided)
- Ages of children (if provided)
- Any additional information you choose to provide
We use this data solely for the purpose of processing your membership inquiry and, if applicable, adding you to our Signal group.
The use of Google Forms is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR (consent) and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (processing for pre-contractual measures).

Signal Messenger
If you choose to join our Signal group, your phone number will be visible to other members of the group. Signal is an end-to-end encrypted messaging service provided by Signal Technology Foundation, a nonprofit organization based in the United States.
Signal is designed to minimize data collection. Signal does not have access to your messages, calls, or group memberships. Your phone number is required to use Signal but is processed with privacy-preserving techniques.
Your participation in the Signal group is voluntary and based on your explicit consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). You may leave the group at any time.
